Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

XpressColor | Xpress Color Corp

Last Updated: October 25, 2026

Welcome to XpressColor. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.xpresscolor.com and the purchase of printing, signage, apparel, promotional products, and related services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific requirements disclosed during ordering.

1. General Terms

XpressColor provides commercial printing, digital printing, large-format printing, custom apparel, sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, signage, and related services.

All orders are subject to acceptance, production availability, material availability, and verification of submitted specifications.

Product descriptions, pricing, production times, and available options may change. Any changes affecting an accepted and paid order will be communicated to the customer before proceeding when additional approval or payment is required.

2. Online Ordering and Payment

Customers may place orders through our website, submit quote requests, or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Online product calculators display pricing based on selected quantities, sizes, materials, finishing options, and production requirements.

Orders requiring payment must be paid before production begins unless approved credit terms or other arrangements have been established.

Custom quotations are subject to the specifications and validity period stated in the quotation.

3. Artwork and File Submission

Customers are responsible for providing artwork suitable for their selected printing product.

Artwork requirements vary by product and printing process. Customers should follow the specifications provided on the applicable product page, including dimensions, bleed, resolution, color settings, and accepted file formats.

XpressColor may contact customers regarding artwork problems, missing information, or production limitations.

Additional artwork preparation, design, corrections, or file reconstruction may require an additional charge.

Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all submitted artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other materials.

XpressColor reserves the right to reject artwork that violates applicable law or intellectual property rights.

4. Proofs and Artwork Approval

Where proofing is available, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.

Customers should carefully check spelling, numbers, dimensions, placement, colors, and other design elements.

An approved proof authorizes production according to the approved specifications.

Changes requested after artwork approval or after production begins may result in additional charges or production delays.

Same-Day Printing Proof Policy

Separate PDF proof approval is not available for eligible same-day printing orders.

Same-day orders are produced using the submitted print-ready artwork under our print-as-is policy.

Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of submitted artwork before placing their orders.

5. Production Times and Cutoff Policies

Production times are based on the selected product, quantity, printing method, finishing requirements, and available production capacity.

The following general cutoff times apply:

Same-Day Production — 12:00 PM Eastern Time

Eligible same-day orders must be placed, paid, and submitted with print-ready artwork by 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders submitted after the cutoff are not guaranteed same-day production and move to the next available production schedule.

Next-Business-Day Production — 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Eligible next-business-day orders must be placed, paid, and submitted with print-ready artwork by 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Standard Production — 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Standard production orders submitted after 6:00 PM Eastern Time generally begin processing according to the next available business-day production schedule.

All turnaround times are subject to product eligibility, artwork readiness, material availability, and production capacity.

Production turnaround does not automatically include shipping or transit time.

6. Product Specifications, Color Variation & Digital Proofs

Printed products may exhibit reasonable variations in color, trimming, folding, finishing, material texture, and other production characteristics.

Colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, PDF proofs, digital previews, and online mockups may differ from the actual printed product due to screen settings, color profiles, lighting conditions, printing processes, and material characteristics.

Differences between RGB screen displays, CMYK printing, specialty inks, sublimation printing, and fabric materials may affect the final appearance.

Digital proofs and online previews are provided for artwork verification purposes only, including design, spelling, layout, and positioning. They are not intended to represent or guarantee the exact colors of the finished printed product.

Approval of a digital proof does not guarantee an exact color match between the preview and the final printed product.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service has been agreed upon with XpressColor before production.

These provisions address normal production tolerances and do not exclude responsibility for verified printing defects or production errors.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Because most XpressColor products are custom-manufactured, cancellation requests must be reviewed according to the order's production status.

Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation, subject to any artwork, design, processing, or other nonrecoverable costs already incurred.

Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Customers should contact XpressColor promptly regarding requested changes.

8. Returns, Claims, and Reprints

Custom-Printed Products and Final Sales

Most XpressColor products are custom-manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, materials, artwork, quantities, and finishing options.

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, custom-printed orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, personal preferences, or customer ordering mistakes, except as required by applicable law.

Production Defects and Incorrect Orders

XpressColor stands behind the quality of its printing and manufacturing services.

If an order contains a production defect or does not match the accepted order specifications, customers should contact our Customer Service team.

Reportable issues include:

  • Printing defects or production errors
  • Incorrect cutting or trimming
  • UV coating or other finishing defects
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products
  • Missing quantities or shortages
  • Products that materially differ from the accepted order specifications

Five-Business-Day Reporting Period

Customers must report production defects, damage, shortages, or order discrepancies within five (5) business days after receiving their order.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Claims submitted outside this period will be reviewed where required by applicable law.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact XpressColor at info@xpresscolor.com or (954) 581-9202 and provide:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the affected products
  • Quantity of products affected

XpressColor may request additional information, photographs, or the original merchandise for inspection.

Customers should not return merchandise without receiving instructions or authorization from XpressColor.

Reprints and Resolution

XpressColor will review reported issues to determine whether a production error occurred.

When a production or manufacturing defect attributable to XpressColor is confirmed, we will generally arrange a reprint of the affected products or provide another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the nature and extent of the issue.

Items Not Normally Eligible for Complimentary Reprinting

Complimentary reprints generally do not apply to:

  • Errors contained in customer-submitted artwork
  • Incorrect names, telephone numbers, spelling, or other information supplied by the customer
  • Changes requested after artwork approval or production
  • Customer-selected sizes, materials, or options that were produced according to the accepted order
  • Reasonable color or production variations described in these Terms
  • Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage after receipt

Same-day print-as-is orders remain subject to the customer's responsibility for submitted artwork. This does not exclude valid claims for production defects attributable to XpressColor.

Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

XpressColor provides local pickup and shipping options for eligible products.

Shipping charges depend on package dimensions, weight, destination, packaging requirements, and the selected delivery service.

Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and may change due to weather, transportation disruptions, or other conditions.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping damage should be reported within five (5) business days after receipt, in accordance with Section 8. Lost shipments or other delivery problems should be reported as soon as the issue is discovered so that the matter can be reviewed and any applicable carrier claim pursued.

Local pickup availability depends on production completion and the pickup arrangements confirmed with the customer.

10. Customer Communication and AI Assistance

XpressColor may use telephone systems, customer service representatives, website chat, and AI-powered assistants, including Nova, to assist customers.

AI assistants may provide product information, help locate online ordering pages, assist with inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate department.

Product prices, production commitments, order-status information, and delivery arrangements are subject to verification through XpressColor's ordering and production systems.

AI-generated responses do not override an accepted order or written quotation.
