Same-day orders are printed AS IS without a proofing stage.
Artwork must be properly sized and ready for production. Design services, extensive artwork corrections, and files requiring customer approval may not qualify for same-day turnaround.
Orders submitted after the cutoff do not qualify for that day's production.
Same-day availability depends on order quantity, hardware inventory, and production capacity.

Artwork & File Preparation
Artwork Size & Orientation
Prepare artwork for a 33" × 80" vertical retractable banner using the applicable product template.
Some portions of the printed graphic may be concealed by the top rail or retractable base. The amount can vary by stand model.
Keep logos, important text, QR codes, phone numbers, and other essential information within the template's safe area.
Bleed & Background Requirements
Extend background colors, photographs, and decorative graphics through the required bleed and mounting areas shown on the template.
Do not place essential information in areas that will be trimmed or hidden inside the stand.
Artwork without sufficient bleed may result in white edges, incomplete backgrounds, visible transitions, or cropping.
Minor artwork adjustments may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed for same-day production. Rebuilding missing backgrounds or extending complex designs may require additional artwork services and production time.

How do I set up my retractable banner stand?
Remove the components from the carrying case and place the base on a stable, level surface.
Extend the stabilizing feet if your stand model requires them, connect the support pole, and carefully pull the printed graphic upward from the base.
Secure the top rail to the support pole.
When finished, release the graphic slowly and evenly so it retracts smoothly into the base.
Avoid allowing the banner to snap back into the housing, as this may damage the printed graphic or internal mechanism.
Can I reuse my retractable banner stand?
