Shipping to the Caribbean
Send your island or country, full destination address, products, quantities and required arrival date. Our team will review shipping availability and provide the applicable cost and estimated transit time before arrangements are finalized.
Delivery to Your Florida Shipper
Already use a local shipping company or freight forwarder? Request delivery to their receiving location. Provide the address, receiving hours, customer or account reference, labeling instructions and shipment cutoff. Delivery availability, timing and charges must be confirmed in advance.
Pickup While You Are in Town
Place your order before traveling to South Florida and tell us your preferred pickup date. Confirm production timing with our team, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Include your business name, island or country, product list, sizes, quantities and artwork. Tell us whether you need shipping, delivery to a Florida shipper, or local pickup. Provide your requested arrival or pickup date and any freight receiving cutoff.
For delivery to a shipping company, include their complete address, receiving contact, customer reference and labeling requirements. Requested dates are subject to confirmation after the order details, artwork and fulfillment arrangements are reviewed.

Caribbean Printing & Delivery FAQs
Can I order printing while I am outside the United States?
Yes. You can review standard product pricing online and contact our team remotely about your project. For shipping to the Caribbean or delivery to a freight forwarder, confirm fulfillment arrangements and costs before placing your order.
Can you deliver my order to my Florida freight forwarder?
Delivery can be requested and must be confirmed in advance. Send the shipper’s full address, receiving hours, contact information, account or customer reference, required labels and freight departure cutoff. Production completion, local delivery and onward freight transit are separate stages.
Can I pick up my order during a visit to South Florida?
Yes. Tell us your travel dates and requested pickup date when planning the order. Allow time for artwork preparation and production, and collect only after our team confirms the order is ready.
Does the printing price include shipping, customs or duties?
Shipping and delivery costs are confirmed separately for your order. Ask which charges are included in your quote. When using your own freight forwarder, confirm their freight charges, customs clearance, duties and destination fees directly with them.
How should I plan around a freight departure or arrival deadline?
Provide both your shipper’s receiving cutoff and your required arrival date. Production time is separate from local delivery, freight transit and customs processing. We can confirm the production schedule and applicable delivery arrangements; freight schedules and customs clearance can affect final arrival.
Is same-day printing available for Caribbean orders?
Same-day production is available only for eligible products and configurations. Orders must be placed, paid and submitted with print-ready artwork by 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern. Orders after the cutoff are not guaranteed same day and move to the next available production schedule. Same-day orders print as supplied; proofs are not available. Same-day production does not mean same-day arrival in the Caribbean. Confirm shipping or forwarder delivery timing separately.
What artwork files can I send?
Follow the file-format, size, bleed, resolution and template requirements listed for your selected product. For all-over sublimation shirts, we accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG. Contact us if you need design or artwork repair; additional charges may apply.
