It all starts from a blank white roll of fabric, which is heavy duty also weather-proof. For example, Lush Banners uses the thickest material 600D oxford cloth on the market for durability. Then the designed graphic will be printed out and cut into pieces according to the templates. Skilled workers then sew all the pieces into top, walls etc. One thing needs to be mentioned is all the finishings are important for the quality of your custom canopy, like reinforced strips run on the top, and Velcro fasteners keeping walls secured.

When can I expect my order?
Carbonless forms that are not padded can be ready on 3 to 4 business days. Alternatively, we need 6 business days to combine 25 or 50 sets for orders that select the padding option.
What file formats do you accept when uploading my design?
We accept TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF files. PSD, PDF, and AI files should be in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color output. The resolution of your files should be set to 300 dpi, unless stated otherwise.
