Unlike screen printing or heat transfers applied to a finished shirt, our all-over sublimation process begins with printing the artwork directly onto polyester fabric.
The printed fabric panels are then cut and sewn together to create the finished long-sleeve garment.
This process allows designs to extend across the front, back, shoulders, and sleeves while maintaining a lightweight, flexible print surface.
Whether your artwork includes bold patterns, detailed photographs, team logos, player names, gradients, or full-color illustrations, sublimation offers extensive creative possibilities.
Because every garment is individually cut and sewn, minor variations in artwork placement and seam alignment are normal.

Artwork Requirements
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG files.
For the best printing results, submit high-resolution artwork at the required production dimensions, preferably 150–300 DPI.
Vector artwork is recommended for logos, lettering, player names, and numbers. Print-ready files should be positioned on our downloadable long-sleeve garment production templates.
Keep important graphics, text, and logos within the designated safe print areas.

AI-Generated Artwork Is Accepted
Have artwork created using AI image-generation software? We accept AI-generated graphics for custom all-over sublimation printing.
Submit the highest-resolution version available and ensure you have permission to reproduce any included logos, images, characters, or protected content.
AI-generated artwork may contain distorted lettering, incomplete design elements, or insufficient image resolution.

How to Measure:
- Body Length: From the highest shoulder point to the finished back hem.
- Chest Width: Across the shirt, approximately one inch below the armhole, with the garment laid flat.
- Sleeve Length: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the sleeve to the finished cuff.

Our design team creates artwork based on your supplied ideas, logos, colors, and references and prepares it for printing.
Artwork charges apply once per unique design, not per shirt. Complex reconstruction, multiple original designs, or extensive revisions may require additional charges.
Accepted Artwork Files
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, and single-page PDF.
- Recommended resolution: 150–300 DPI at actual print size.
- RGB and CMYK artwork are accepted.
- Submit artwork at the required template dimensions.
- Do not include crop marks or printer registration marks.
- Avoid screenshots, blurry images, and low-resolution graphics.
Production Templates
Print-ready artwork must be prepared using the downloadable templates found under the Templates tab.
- Use the correct long-sleeve garment template.
- Prepare artwork for the front, back, and sleeve panels as required.
- Keep logos, lettering, faces, and important details within the designated safe areas.
- Extend background graphics to the required print boundaries.
- Do not add unnecessary bleed outside the template dimensions.
Customers without production-ready artwork should select one of our artwork preparation services.
Color Reproduction & White Areas
Our long-sleeve shirts are produced using dye-sublimation on polyester fabric.
- Exact Pantone or custom color matching is not guaranteed.
- Printed colors may differ from their appearance on digital screens.
- Different polyester materials may produce slight differences in color and saturation.
- White ink is not printed. White or transparent artwork areas normally reveal the base fabric color.
For color-critical projects, a physical sample is recommended before full production.
Printing, Cutting & Sewing Expectations
Each shirt is printed onto fabric before the garment panels are cut and sewn together.
Because this process involves separate fabric panels:
- Perfect artwork alignment across seams cannot be guaranteed.
- Small placement variations may occur during cutting and sewing.
- Important logos, faces, and text should not cross seam lines.
- Graphics positioned outside the safe area may be trimmed or partially obscured.
Continuous backgrounds, gradients, and repeating patterns generally work better across garment seams than precisely aligned lettering.
Digital Proof & Artwork Approval
Customers submitting print-ready artwork may request a digital proof before production.
Orders using our artwork extraction or custom design services include a digital artwork preview for approval.
If no proof is requested for print-ready artwork, the supplied files may be printed as submitted.
A digital proof shows the proposed artwork placement but does not guarantee exact printed colors or seam alignment.
Production Time & Shipping

Order Cutoff Times (Eastern Time):
- Standard Production: 6:00 PM
- Next-Business-Day Production, when offered: 6:00 PM
- Same-Day Production, only when offered: 12:00 PM (noon)
Orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted with production-ready artwork before the applicable cutoff.
Artwork preparation and required approvals must be completed before production begins.
Expedited production is subject to product eligibility and production capacity.
Production turnaround does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
If your selected fabric becomes unavailable, we will contact you for approval before substituting another material.
