14 mil Laminated Synthetic — Standard
A flexible, durable material ideal for conferences, multi-day events, and attendee credentials. Finished with protective 1.5 mil lamination on each side for added durability.
25 mil PVC Plastic — Premium
A thicker plastic material offering a premium look and feel. These plastic event badges are ideal for VIP credentials, special guests, staff identification, and events requiring a more substantial badge.
Each material includes its corresponding finish. No separate lamination selection is necessary.

Can I print on both sides?

Can every badge have a different attendee name?
Yes, personalized printing is available. Choose the appropriate variable-data option and provide your attendee information in the requested format. Additional preparation charges may apply.
Can I include QR codes or barcodes?
QR codes and barcodes can be incorporated into supplied artwork when compatible with the selected badge size and printing method. We recommend testing their readability before submitting the final design. Individually generated codes should be confirmed with Customer Service.
Do the badges come with lanyards?
Lanyards are optional and are not automatically included. Select an available lanyard option in the calculator or contact us for special requirements.
Do you offer hole punching?
Yes, available hole-punch configurations can be selected when ordering. Choose the option that works with your intended attachment.
Is lamination included?
Finishing depends on the material. Our 18 pt cardstock is UV coated, 14 mil synthetic is laminated with 1.5 mil film on each side, and 25 mil PVC does not require additional lamination. There is no separate lamination selection.
Can I get my event badges printed by tomorrow?
Rush production may be available depending on quantity, material, artwork readiness, and the production schedule. Contact Customer Service to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.
Do you deliver event badges to Miami?

Yes. International customers can order badges for events in South Florida or arrange shipment to a Florida freight forwarder. Please provide the shipper's address, account or reference number, receiving hours, and freight cutoff.

What artwork formats do you accept?
Recommended formats include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG. Use print-ready artwork with sufficient resolution and the required bleed.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Select an available proof option during checkout. If you choose print-as-is, production will use the supplied artwork without a separate customer proof. Proof review and revisions may affect the production schedule.
