Production Options
Standard Production
Available for both small and bulk poster orders. Production times depend on the selected quantity, paper stock, and printing method. Review the available turnaround time in the online calculator.
Next Business Day – Rush Production (+25%)
Available for eligible poster orders, subject to production capacity, quantity, and paper stock availability.
Production begins once payment is completed and print-ready artwork is accepted, including proof approval when applicable. Shipping and transit times are additional.
Rush production is not guaranteed for every bulk quantity.
Proof Options
Print As Is
Your submitted artwork proceeds to production without an additional manually prepared PDF proof. Carefully check all spelling, image quality, colors, dimensions, and placement before submitting your order.
PDF Proof – 24 Hours
When available, select this option to receive a PDF proof for review before printing. Proof preparation generally requires one business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Production begins after the required proof approval. Proof preparation and approval may extend the total turnaround time.
PDF proofs represent artwork layout and content, not an exact screen-to-print color match.
File Preparation
For the best printing results:
- Preferred Formats: PDF, AI, or EPS
- Also Accepted: High-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final printing size recommended
- Color Mode: CMYK preferred
- Fonts: Convert text to outlines or embed fonts in the PDF
- Bleed: Include appropriate bleed for full-bleed artwork
- Safe Area: Keep important text, logos, and graphics away from cutting edges
- Artwork Size: Prepare files for the selected 12" × 18" or 18" × 24" finished size
Review the available artwork guidelines before uploading your design. RGB artwork may produce color variations when converted for printing.
