Before you start your real estate printing, here are some good things to know:
- Sizes. Real estate sign printing is offered in two sizes: standard 18” x 24”,and the 24” x 36”.
- Materials. Our signs come in three durable, high-quality materials—aluminum, reflective aluminum, and corrugated plastic.
- Lamination. Gloss lamination is available for aluminum and reflective aluminum materials. Matte lamination is only available for the aluminum option.
- Hole Drilling. There are three hole options to choose from for aluminum and reflective aluminum signs:
- Top corners
- Center top and center bottom
- All corners
- Rounded Corners. Create more interest for your signs by adding ¾” rounded corners on all edges.
- Grommets. Add grommets to corrugated plastic signs to aid in securing your sign. Placement options include:
- Top corners
- Top and bottom corners

Ordering Process:
- Select the desired card quantity and choose the preferred print features using the price calculator. Remember to include any additional Add Ons for accurate pricing.
- Carefully review the Product Details and turnaround time.
- Proceed to upload your files and add them to your shopping cart. Ensure that each Add On is separated in a different layer or file.
- Feel free to include any important notes or ask any questions before Checking Out.
- Once your order is placed and you receive an Order #, our team will diligently inspect your files for any obvious issues or questions.
- If everything is in order, we will process your payment and begin the production.
- Our dedicated proofing staff will then prepare a finalized print proof. You will receive a copy by email within 24 hours.
- After you have approved the proof, we will initiate the production process. You can conveniently track the progress of your order in your Order History. Let's get started!

Real Estate Signs FAQs
Can I print on both sides of the signs?
Yes, real estate signs are printable on both sides. However, you can print on one side only if you are going to place the sign against a wall.
Do the signs include stakes or hardware?
Stakes and hardware are not yet included in the purchase. You can add hole drilling to your order, so you can hang the signs.
Can I save my design in my XpressColor account?
Yes, of course. Any project or design that you are working on can be saved under your XpressColor account. You can access it any time by logging in to your profile.
