Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Pickup, courier service, or local delivery does not automatically shorten production.
Artwork & File Preparation
Preferred Format: Print-ready PDF
Other Accepted Formats: AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG, subject to artwork requirements.
Prepare artwork using the template for the selected stand size. Follow its bleed, safe-area, and zipper/finishing guidelines.
Submit high-quality images and vector logos whenever possible. Artwork should be correctly sized, with fonts embedded or outlined and colors prepared for print production.

Upload artwork through the XpressColor online uploader.

Does the tension fabric stand include a carrying bag?
Yes. A soft carrying bag is included with complete display kits for convenient transportation and storage. Optional case selections, if offered, are separate from the included bag.
How do I assemble a tension fabric banner stand?
Assembly is straightforward:
- Remove the frame components from the carrying bag.
- Connect the aluminum tubes to assemble the frame and attach its support feet.
- Slide the printed fabric sleeve over the frame.
- Close the zipper at the bottom to secure the graphic.
Always place the finished display on a stable, level surface.
Do I need to hang the fabric banner?
No. This is a freestanding display system. The fabric graphic slides over the included frame rather than hanging from a wall, ceiling, or separate banner rail.
Can I order replacement fabric without purchasing another stand?
Yes. Replacement fabric graphics may be ordered for compatible frames. Confirm the frame's exact dimensions and model before ordering, as fabric sleeves made for different hardware systems may not fit properly.
