What file formats do you accept when uploading my design?

We accept TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF files. PSD, PDF, and AI files should be in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color output. The resolution of your files should be set to 300 dpi, unless stated otherwise.

I need help with a design?

If you would like to work with a professional graphic designer on a completely unique and personal design, you also have the option of adding one of our affordable design service packages on to your order.

How soon will I receive my tension fabric banners?
You can get an estimated delivery date using the order calculator. Select your preferred printing specs such as size and quantity, then input your ZIP code. The calculator automatically generates shipping delivery dates and costs you can choose from.

Can I print on both sides of my fabric stands

Yes. Be sure to indicate this in the order calculator on the Back Side printing option.

How do I set up my fabric banner stand?

It’s easy and only takes a few minutes.

Take out the poles from your bag and lay them on a flat surface.
Assemble the frame by connecting the poles according to the stand’s shape.
Slide the graphic over the frame. Once the frame is fully covered, zip the bottom of the banner.

Can I order the fabric graphic without the frame?

Yes. You can indicate this in the order calculator under the Format dropdown.

What is included in my order?

If you ordered the complete kit, your tension fabric stands will come with the stand and the graphics in a soft carrying case. You can add optional LED lights to enhance your display.

What is your turnaround time for Tension Banner Stands?

Our production (print) time for most full color Tension Banner Stands are 5 to 6 business days. The production time begins a day after you have approved your order and your payment is processed. If your order is approved and payment is processed by 2PM ET/ then the production time begins that day, otherwise it will be moved to production the following business day. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping generally adds an additional 2 to 6 days to the turnaround time. If you need your Tension Banner Stands sooner, please choose the pick up option at check out.
