Single-Sided vs. Double-Sided Custom Flags
Single-Sided Print-Through Flags
Our lightweight 3.5 oz polyester flag fabric is printed in full color using dye-sublimation technology. The open-weave construction allows some ink penetration, making the image visible on the reverse side as a lighter, mirrored version of the front artwork.
This option is ideal for customers who want a lightweight, flexible custom flag for business displays, events, or existing flagpoles.
Double-Sided Custom Flags with Blockout
Our double-sided flags use two printed fabric faces with an internal blockout layer. This construction allows graphics to be displayed in the correct orientation on both sides without the opposite design showing through.
You can use the same artwork on both sides or prepare separate front and back designs.
Double-sided construction is heavier than single-sided print-through fabric and provides greater visual separation between the two printed faces.
