What file formats do you accept?
PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, TIF, EPS, AI, PSD, PUB, DOCX, DOC
What is the max file size?
200 MB. If larger, contact Customer Service.
Artwork requirements:
- Color mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Add 0.125" bleed on all sides
- Flatten or outline all fonts
- RGB files will be converted to CMYK (minor color shifts may occur)

What is a PDF proof?
A digital preview of your artwork with trim and fold lines for approval before printing.
When will I get my proof?
Within 12 hours of ordering. We’ll email you when it's ready.
Will requesting a proof delay my order?
Proofs approved by 5 PM PST go into production the same day. After 5 PM, next business day.
What if I see a problem in the proof?
You can reject it, leave a comment, or upload a new file.
Do you fix typos or design issues?
No. We only correct technical print problems, not spelling or layout errors.
