Each pillow is produced using soft brushed Amerisuede polyester fabric, high-resolution dye-sublimation printing, and durable sewn construction. Our pillows come complete with 100% polyester fiberfill stuffing, providing a comfortable, finished product ready for your event or display.
Full-color printing on both the front and back is included. Customize your pillows with company logos, photographs, illustrations, patterns, artwork or promotional messages.

Full-Color Sublimation Printing
Our dye-sublimation printing process produces vibrant, detailed graphics directly within the polyester fabric. This allows us to reproduce colorful logos, photographs, gradients, illustrations and custom designs across both pillow faces.
Unlike traditional surface printing, sublimation integrates the design into the fabric fibers, creating a soft finish without a heavy printed layer.
Manufactured In-House by XpressColor
XpressColor manufactures custom sublimation pillows at our Lauderdale Lakes, Florida production facility. Our in-house capabilities include full-color fabric printing, cutting, sewing, stuffing and finishing.
By handling production in-house, we maintain greater control over quality, customization and production scheduling. Whether you need a single personalized pillow or a larger order for a trade show, wedding or promotional event, we can help bring your project to life.

Artwork Guidelines
- Accepted Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG
- Resolution: 300 DPI recommended at final size
- Color Mode: CMYK preferred
- Print Area: Full-color front and back
- Bleed: Extend artwork beyond the finished sewing dimensions according to the production template
- Safe Area: Keep important text, logos and faces away from seams
- Placement: Slight variations may occur during cutting, sewing and filling
- Color: Printed colors may vary from screen previews
Important Production Notes
- Pricing includes a complete stuffed pillow.
