Personalized Carbonless Form Printing
Your NCR forms can include your logo, business name, address, phone number, email, website, payment terms, legal information, signature areas, checkboxes, tables, and custom form fields.
Choose black-ink printing for an economical and traditional business form or full-color printing to reproduce your company logo and branding. Sequential numbering is available in black or red to help organize transactions, track orders, and improve recordkeeping.
Optional back-side printing can be used for terms and conditions, warranties, policies, instructions, or additional information.
Padding and Finishing Options
Carbonless forms may be ordered as loose sets or padded in groups of 50 for easier handling and storage. Choose chipboard backing for a standard pad or a wraparound cover to protect the forms and provide a writing surface while in use.
Select the glued-edge position that best matches how the forms will be handled. Each completed set separates easily after the information has been written.
How to Order Custom NCR Forms
- Select the finished size, quantity, number of parts, and printing color.
- Choose any required options, including back printing, sequential numbering, padding, cover style, glued edge, and rush production.
- Review the product specifications and estimated turnaround time.
- Upload your artwork and add the product to your shopping cart.
- Clearly identify any separate artwork required for back printing or other add-ons.
- Include special instructions or questions in the order notes.
- After receiving your order, our team will inspect the submitted files for obvious printing issues.
- A digital proof will be emailed for your review and approval before production.
- Production begins after the proof has been approved. Order progress can be monitored through your Order History.
Production turnaround does not include proofing, shipping, or delivery time.
Artwork Requirements
- Preferred file format: Print-ready PDF
- Accepted formats: AI, PSD, TIFF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, DOC, PUB, and PPT
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI at the final printing size
- Preferred color mode: CMYK
- Bleed: Add 0.125" on every side when artwork extends to the edge
- Safety margin: Keep important text and information at least 0.125" inside the trim line
- Fonts: Embed, outline, or flatten fonts before submitting the artwork
Files submitted in RGB may experience color variations when converted to CMYK. Editable office documents and files with missing fonts may also change during conversion. A proof will be provided for approval before printing.

FAQ
Why should I use carbonless paper for my business forms?
Carbonless paper is able to make duplicate copies of handwritten or mechanically typed forms without using traditional carbon paper. This saves you the trouble of placing carbon paper between each sheet. As long as pressure is applied to the topmost form, the information written is copied onto the forms underneath.
How to use carbonless paper or forms
XpressColor's carbonless forms are straightforward to use. The special coating of each carbonless paper/form will do the work for you and copy whatever you write on the first part of the form.
What is the difference between carbon and carbonless paper?
Carbon copy forms are the “manual” version of the carbonless forms. You would have to put a carbon paper (paper that contains only carbon) between the sheet that you are writing on to and the sheet underneath that would serve as a copy. You would have to move around the carbon paper as you create invoices or other forms that need to be duplicated. Carbonless forms are more environment friendly and it automatically copies what you write on top, straight to your duplicate sheets.

- 4.25”x 5.5” provides ample space for a short list of orders.
- 5.5”x 8.5” is our widest available size.
- 8.5”x 11” is our letter-sized option. Suitable for documents, contracts, and longer purchase orders or receipts.
- 8.5”x 14” provides a thinner length for a long list of orders and documents that require this size.
We offer three kinds of sets for any kind of business form.
The number of parts you select indicates how many copies are provided of each form. Each sheet is made of smooth, lightweight 20 lb. paper. It’s also recyclable, making it a sustainable alternative to custom carbon invoices.
- 2-Part Set (white/yellow) provides a duplicate copy of the original form.
- 3-Part Set (white/yellow/pink) comes with three sheets for records dispersed to multiple departments.
- 4-Part Set (white/yellow/pink/gold) has the most copies for one document or form.
Do your sets come in a pad by default?
No, you need to select a padding option to combine several sets into one pad. However, all copies in an individual 2-Part, 3-Part, and 4-Part form are glued together by default.
Is your carbonless form paper compatible with a laser printer?
No, they are only compatible with an impact printer such as a dot matrix printer or a typewriter. We suggest writing down the information to ensure accuracy and to avoid damaging the paper.
When can I expect my order?
Carbonless forms that are not padded can be ready on to 4 business days. Alternatively, we need 6 business days to combine 25 or 50 sets for orders that select the padding option.
