What is your turnaround time for Desktop Calendars?
Our production (print) time for most calendars are 4 to 6 business days. The production time begins a day after you have approved your order and your payment is processed. If your order is approved and payment is processed by 9AM ET/ then the production time begins that day, otherwise it will be moved to production the following business day. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping generally adds an additional 2 to 6 days to the turnaround time. If you need your calendars sooner, please upgrade to rush printing (not available for all paper stocks) .
What file formats do you accept when uploading my design?
We accept TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF files. PSD, PDF, and AI files should be in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color output. The resolution of your files should be set to 300 dpi, unless stated otherwise.
