True All-Over Printing — Print, Cut & Sew

Unlike traditional T-shirt printing, where artwork is applied to an already finished garment, our custom all-over sublimation shirts are manufactured by printing directly onto polyester fabric before cutting and sewing.

This process allows greater design coverage across individual garment panels, including the front, back, shoulders, and sleeves.

Photographs, colorful patterns, gradients, logos, and detailed graphics can be printed without limitations on the number of colors in your design.

Because the color is transferred into the polyester fibers, the finished print remains lightweight and flexible without a thick surface layer of ink.

Minor variations in artwork alignment across sewn seams are normal with cut-and-sew garments.

Simple Ordering Process

1. Select your shirt style, material, print options, and sizes.
2. Choose how you will provide your artwork.
3. Upload your design or select the option to send your artwork after ordering.
4. Review your order and request a digital proof if desired. Artwork preparation and custom design services include a digital preview for approval.
5. We print, cut, sew, and prepare your shirts for pickup or shipping.

Artwork Requirements

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG files

For the best printing quality, submit high-resolution artwork at the required production dimensions, preferably 150–300 DPI.

Print-ready artwork should be positioned on our downloadable garment templates, with important text, logos, numbers, and design elements kept within the designated safe areas.

RGB and CMYK artwork are accepted. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

AI-Generated Artwork Is Accepted

Artwork created with AI image-generation tools is welcome. Please submit the highest-resolution version available and ensure you have permission to reproduce all included images, logos, characters, and other protected content.

AI-generated images may contain distorted lettering, low-resolution details, or incomplete design elements.

Our design team can assist with artwork enhancement, reconstruction, and preparation for all-over sublimation printing.

Additional design charges may apply depending on artwork complexity.
