Include your event name, venue or hotel, product list, sizes, quantities and artwork. Provide the event date, setup deadline and preferred pickup or delivery date. For exhibitors, include the booth number and any required delivery labels.
For delivery, send the complete address, receiving instructions, permitted delivery hours and an on-site contact with a mobile number. Confirm that the hotel or venue can accept the order and advise us of access or handling requirements before arrangements are finalized.

Trade Show & Event Printing FAQs
Can I order before traveling to South Florida?
Yes. Standard products can be priced and ordered online, and our team can review custom projects remotely. Tell us when you arrive, when your event starts and whether you need hotel delivery, venue delivery or pickup. Confirm delivery arrangements before placing your order.
Can you deliver printing to my hotel?
Hotel delivery can be requested and must be confirmed in advance. Check that the hotel accepts packages for you and provide the receiving address, guest or group name, event name and receiving contact. Hotel handling or storage fees may apply and should be confirmed with the hotel.
Can you deliver directly to my booth or event space?
Direct venue delivery depends on receiving rules and access arrangements. Send the exhibitor delivery instructions, booth number, delivery labels, receiving window and on-site contact. Some venues or shows require an official freight or material-handling provider. Delivery to a venue does not automatically include booth delivery, installation or setup.
What deadline should I give you?
Provide the date and time your printing must be in hand for setup, along with any hotel or venue receiving window. Production completion and delivery are separate stages. Requested dates are subject to confirmation after artwork, payment, production requirements and delivery arrangements are reviewed.
Is same-day event printing available?
Same-day production is available only for eligible products and configurations. Orders must be placed, paid and submitted with print-ready artwork by 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern. Orders after the cutoff are not guaranteed same day and move to the next available production schedule. Same-day orders print as supplied; proofs are not available. Same-day production does not automatically include same-day delivery. Confirm delivery availability and timing separately.
Can I order several products for the same event?
Yes. Send a list of the products, sizes, quantities and artwork required for your event. Different products can have different production times, so confirm the schedule for the complete order before relying on a single pickup or delivery date.
What artwork should I provide?
Follow the file-format, size, bleed, resolution and template requirements on each product page. Provide your final event details and current logos, and check dates, sponsor names and contact information before submitting. For all-over sublimation shirts, accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG. Design or artwork repair may involve additional charges.
Are delivery and venue handling fees included?
Ask which charges are included in your quote. Local delivery costs depend on the address, order and schedule. Hotel package fees, venue receiving charges, storage and exhibitor material-handling fees may be charged separately by the hotel, venue or event provider.
