Printing Options
Full Color Front / No Back
Your artwork is printed on the front of the lanyard. The back remains unprinted. This is the standard printing option.
Full Color Both Sides
Your artwork is printed on both sides for visibility when the lanyard twists or turns. Double-sided printing carries an additional charge shown in the calculator.
Hook Attachment Options
- Plastic Hook: Standard attachment included in the base price.
- Metal Lobster Claw: Optional metal attachment with a spring-loaded clasp.
- Metal Bulldog: Optional clip attachment for compatible badges and holders.

Proof preparation, artwork revisions, and shipping transit time are additional to production time.
Proof Options
Print As Is – No Proof
Your submitted artwork proceeds to production without an additional PDF proof. Review spelling, layout, image quality, sizing, and orientation before uploading.
PDF Proof – Review Before Printing
A $10 one-time order fee applies. Our team prepares a PDF proof for your review within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Production begins after you approve the proof. Delayed approval or requested revisions may extend your schedule. A PDF proof confirms layout and content; it does not guarantee an exact screen-to-print color match.
File Preparation
- Preferred formats: PDF, AI, or EPS
- Also accepted: High-resolution TIFF, PSD, JPG, or PNG
- Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode
- Use vector logos and lettering whenever possible
- Outline fonts or embed them in your PDF
- Follow the product template for dimensions, bleed, and safe areas
- Keep important text and logos inside the safe print area
