Ordering Process
- Select Your Options – Choose your desired decal size and quantity, then customize your order with preferred print features using the price calculator. Include any Add Ons for accurate pricing.
- Review Details – Check the product specifications and turnaround time.
- Upload Files – Add your design files to the cart. If you’re including Add Ons, make sure each is in a separate layer or file.
- Include Notes – Add any special instructions or questions before checkout.
- File Check – After placing your order and receiving your Order #, our team will inspect your files for any potential issues.
- Payment & Production – Once approved, we’ll process payment and start production.
- Proof Approval – Our proofing team will send you a final print proof via email within 24 hours.
- Production Begins – After your proof approval, production starts. Track your order in your Order History.
File Preparation Guidelines
- Preferred File Format: PDF
- Accepted File Formats: DOC, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, PSD, PUB, PPT
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Color Space: CMYK preferred. RGB may cause slight color variations.
- Fonts: Flatten all fonts before sending. If special fonts are used, they will be replaced with available alternatives.

Custom Contoured Adhesives - Perfect for Any Sign!
At XpressColor, we offer adhesive signage that can be custom contour shaped to your specifications. Simply let us know where you want the cutting outline to be when you place your order. We will create a printed outline around your graphic so that it can be cut precisely.
Please note that we can only make one shaped cut around the adhesive. We are unable to cut inside spaces, individual lettering, or create multiple sections from a single order. However, our contour cut method ensures a border of at least 0.125" around the graphic, as shown in the example below.
