Orders must be placed, paid, and submitted with print-ready artwork by the cutoff to qualify for same-day production.
Orders received after the cutoff move to the next available production schedule. Same-day availability depends on the selected options and production capacity.
Same-day orders are printed as submitted. Manual proofs are not available.
Artwork Preparation
Accepted Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, TIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG.
Resolution: 300 DPI recommended at final print size.
Color: CMYK preferred.
Bleed: Include 0.125" bleed on every side when the artwork extends to the trimmed edge.
Safe Area: Keep important text, numbers, and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Allow additional space around perforations.
Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in the PDF.
Maximum Upload: 500 MB per file.
Numbering: Verify the starting number and allow enough room for the printed sequence.
Double-Sided Files: Where double-sided printing is selected, submit page 1 as the front and page 2 as the back.
