Upload Your Real Estate Sign Artwork
Upload your custom design for professional full-color printing. Whether you're ordering a real estate sign with a Colonial Post, an aluminum panel, a metal frame, or additional sign riders, please follow these artwork guidelines to ensure accurate production.
Artwork Requirements
- Accepted Formats: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG.
- File Size: Maximum 500 MB per upload.
- Design Size: Submit artwork at the exact finished dimensions selected in the calculator.
- Resolution: 150–300 DPI at actual print size, with 300 DPI preferred for detailed graphics and small lettering.
- Color Mode: CMYK recommended for printed artwork. RGB colors may shift during conversion.
- Fonts & Logos: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them. Vector logos are recommended for sharp printing.
- Bleed & Safe Area: Follow the provided product template. Keep important information away from trim edges, mounting holes, and hardware attachment points.
Artwork for Signs, Posts & Riders
- Colonial Post Signs: Keep logos, agent names, phone numbers, and QR codes clear of hanging and mounting areas.
- H-Frame & Banjo Frame Signs: Verify the selected panel size and allow sufficient clearance for the frame.
- Double-Sided Signs: Upload both front and back designs. Clearly identify each side, even if the artwork is identical.
- Custom Sign Riders: Upload rider artwork separately, using the dimensions selected for your rider.
- Multiple Agents or Properties: Provide clearly labeled artwork for each unique design or version.
