Upload Your Custom Event Badge Artwork

Prepare your event badge artwork using the correct size and printing configuration before uploading.

Accepted File Formats

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF/TIF, PNG, and JPG/JPEG.

Artwork Resolution

Use 300 DPI at actual print size for raster images. Vector artwork is recommended for logos, text, and small details.

Color Mode

CMYK is recommended. RGB artwork may be converted for production, which can result in some color variation.

Bleed and Safe Area

Follow the specifications of the selected badge template. Where required, provide 0.125" bleed beyond the finished trim edge. Keep important text, names, logos, and QR codes inside the safe area.

Single-Sided Printing

Upload your front design. The back will remain unprinted.

Double-Sided Printing

Upload both designs, preferably as a two-page PDF, with Page 1 as the front and Page 2 as the back. Clearly identify the front and back when uploading separate files.

Personalized Event Badges

For different attendee names, company names, titles, or identification numbers, select the variable-data option and provide your attendee information as instructed.

Please verify the spelling and completeness of your attendee information before submission.

Maximum File Size

500 MB per file. Contact Customer Service if you need assistance with larger files.

Artwork Proof

Choose the available proof option if you would like to review the layout before printing. Print As Is orders proceed without a separate customer proof.
