Same-Day Printing & Turnaround
For eligible same-day products, orders must be placed, paid, and submitted with print-ready artwork by 12:00 PM Eastern (noon). Orders received after that cutoff are not guaranteed for same-day production and move to the next available production schedule.

XpressColor's production order cutoff times are:

Orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted with print-ready artwork by the applicable cutoff.
Orders requiring artwork preparation or approval must have those requirements completed before production can begin.
Orders received after the cutoff move to the next available production schedule.
Production turnaround does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Rush services are available only for eligible products and are subject to production capacity.
Custom Apparel Printing
All-over dye sublimation prints a full-color design onto compatible garment fabric, allowing coverage beyond a small chest or back logo area.
Depending on the garment and project, XpressColor offers custom apparel services including DTF printing, dye sublimation, screen printing, and embroidery.

Artwork & File Preparation
For many small-format products, 300 dpi at final print size is recommended. Large-format requirements depend on viewing distance and finished dimensions.
Bleed extends artwork beyond the trim edge so background colors and images print cleanly after cutting. Use the bleed specified in the product template.
The safe area keeps important text, logos, and details away from trimming, sewing, folding, or finishing edges. Follow the template for your product.
PDF is generally preferred for print-ready artwork. Depending on the product, AI, EPS, TIFF, PSD, JPG, and PNG files may also be accepted. Check the product template or ask us before uploading.
CMYK is generally recommended for full-color print production. RGB artwork may be converted and colors can shift; exact on-screen color matching is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Products
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).
The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.
Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.
