PDF Proofing Process
What is a PDF Proof?
A PDF proof is a preliminary document we prepare upon request to allow you to review details such as trim lines, folding lines, and colors before we proceed with printing your order.
PDF Proof Preparation Time
Once requested, your PDF proof will be ready within 12 hours after order placement. You will receive an email notification when your proof is ready for review. You can then log into your account to review and approve the proof, enabling us to continue processing your order.

- Proofs approved after 5PM PST will enter the printing queue the following day.
Addressing Issues in PDF Proof
If you identify any problems in your PDF proof:
- You can reject the proof and request a new one with additional comments or instructions.
- Alternatively, you can submit a new file.
