Artwork Upload & File Requirements
What file formats can I upload?
We recommend PDF, AI, or EPS for the best print quality. Other accepted formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF and PSD.
What is the maximum upload size?
The maximum file size is 500 MB per file. For larger files, please contact Customer Service.
How should I prepare my artwork?
- Color: CMYK preferred. RGB files will be converted, and colors may shift slightly.
- Resolution: Minimum 100 DPI at actual banner size; vector artwork is preferred.
- Dimensions: Match your selected banner size.
- Bleed & Safe Area: Follow the banner template and keep important artwork away from hems and grommets.
- Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them.
Are artwork templates available?
Yes. Visit our File Setup Templates page.
Can I upload my artwork later?
Yes. You may complete your order and upload artwork afterward. Production begins only after payment and print-ready artwork are received.
Can I request a PDF proof?
When available, PDF proofs allow you to review your artwork before printing. Proof approval may delay production. Same-day orders do not include proofs and are printed as submitted.
Do you correct artwork errors?
No. Please check all spelling, text, images, and design details before submitting your files. We may correct technical printing issues but do not automatically modify your design.
Production Cutoff Times
- Same Day: 12:00 PM Eastern
- Next Business Day: 6:00 PM Eastern
- Standard Production: 6:00 PM Eastern
Orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted with print-ready artwork by the applicable cutoff. Late or incomplete submissions move to the next production schedule.
