Upload Your Step & Repeat Backdrop Artwork
Upload your print-ready artwork for your custom Fabric or Banner Step & Repeat backdrop. Make sure your design matches the selected backdrop size and includes all company logos, sponsor graphics, and event details.
Accepted File Formats
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF/TIF, PNG, and JPG/JPEG.
Maximum File Size: 500 MB per file.
Artwork Requirements
- Prepare artwork at the correct proportions for your selected backdrop size.
- Use original vector logos whenever possible.
- CMYK color mode is recommended.
- Keep important logos and text away from pole pockets, hems, grommets, and trimming areas.
- Extend background graphics through the required bleed area according to the product template.
- Outline or embed fonts.
- Check all spelling, sponsor logos, and artwork placement before uploading.
AI-Generated Artwork & Missing Bleed
AI-generated designs are accepted if suitable for large-format printing. However, AI artwork may contain distorted logos, incorrect text, low-resolution graphics, or missing bleed.
Minor background or bleed corrections may be possible at no additional charge when the artwork allows. Corrections are not guaranteed. Extended backgrounds may show color or texture differences, and trimming may affect artwork near the edges.
Extensive artwork repairs or design preparation may require additional charges.

You can upload your artwork using the product uploader, attach your file using the paperclip option where available, or email it to info@xpresscolor.com with your order number.
Important: Artwork must be reviewed and accepted before production. Missing files, required corrections, or pending proof approvals may affect turnaround time.
