Artwork Upload & Print File Requirements
Upload your artwork using the online uploader after selecting your table size and back style.
Accepted File Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG.
For best printing results:
- Use the correct artwork template for your selected table cover.
- Prepare artwork at the required size and resolution.
- Keep important text and logos inside the recommended safe area.
- Embed or outline fonts when applicable.
- Review spelling, layout, and artwork positioning before submitting.
Large Files: If your artwork exceeds the 500 MB upload limit or cannot be uploaded successfully, contact info@xpresscolor.com. Files may also be shared through WeTransfer or Dropbox by arrangement.
Important: Digital Proofs & Color Accuracy
PDF proofs, digital previews, and online mockups are provided for artwork verification only and may not accurately represent the final printed colors.
Colors displayed on screens may differ from the finished product due to monitor settings, color profiles, printing processes, and material characteristics.
Digital proofs are intended to verify artwork, spelling, layout, and positioning—not exact color accuracy. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged before production.
