Artwork Upload Guidelines

Please prepare your artwork according to the selected X-frame banner size and follow these guidelines for the best printing results.

Available Banner Sizes

1. 22" × 60"
2. 32" × 72"
3. 48" × 78"

File Preparation

• Preferred Format: Print-ready PDF
• Accepted Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and JPG
• Color Mode: CMYK recommended
• Resolution: 150 DPI at actual print size recommended for raster images
• Artwork Size: Design at the selected banner dimensions
• Bleed: Follow the applicable product template
• Safe Area: Keep important text, logos, and graphics away from the edges and four corner mounting areas
• Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in the PDF
• Maximum Upload Size: 500 MB

Important Artwork Notes

• Ensure images and graphics are high resolution.
• Avoid placing important information near mounting holes or finishing areas.
• Upload separate artwork files for each printed side if double-sided printing is selected.
• Check spelling, contact information, and layout before submitting.
• For files larger than 500 MB, contact info@xpresscolor.com to arrange an alternative transfer method.

Digital PDF proofs and on-screen previews are intended for checking artwork, layout, and content only. They may not accurately represent actual printed colors. Color differences may occur due to monitor settings, color profiles, printing materials, and production processes.
